The ZIPCAP is patented by Skytech for its design and function.

In the ROPP neck, tolerances on the inner diameter are not specified. There is a tendency of a large variation on the inner diameter. The patented unique spring back design of the sealing seal ring ensures a constant pressure on the walls of the inner diameter of the glass bottle to take care of this variation and provide a strong seal. In addition there is a flexible lip which folds & presses on to the glass neck surface after the capping process, thus providing additional sealing on the top surface of the bottle.

The strong resistance to pullout of the ZIP CAP is a result of the combination of the holding of a well designed anchorage ring and the cap body on to the glass neck. Any forceful removal will cause the tamper ring to break .

Larger Area: The larger area on the top face gives an opportunity to have clearer and larger printing or engraving options.
Rotary Pad Side Printing gives a deeper and richer printing options: Since Rotary Pad printing is a direct ink transfer process the quality of print is better and richer.

The unique anchorage and gripping design makes the operation of opening easy with minimum effort. The bridges can be easily broken with normal effort.
